What is the minimum sod order?
Our Georgia sod delivery minimum is three pallets. Each pallet contains approximately 500 square feet of sod.
Do you offer sod pickup?
No. Our Georgia sod orders are delivery only. We do not offer customer pickup.
When do you deliver sod?
Most Georgia sod deliveries are scheduled Tuesday through Friday. Dates and arrival windows depend on farm availability, weather and delivery scheduling.
Is your sod certified or guaranteed weed-free?
No. Our standard sod is not marketed as certified or weed-free. Sod is a natural agricultural product, and occasional weeds, seasonal color changes and variations in appearance can occur. Please review our Terms & Conditions before ordering.
What should I do when my sod arrives?
Inspect the delivered sod promptly, including its general condition, variety and quantity. Report delivery or quality concerns within 24 hours, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Sod should be installed and watered promptly.
Can installed sod be returned?
Under our standard return policy, sod may be returned only with our consent, within 24 hours of delivery, and only when it has not been disturbed or removed from the pallet. Please see our return policy for the applicable conditions.
Do you offer installation?
Sod delivery and installation are separate arrangements. For installation inquiries, contact our team to discuss available installation options. Installation and additional site-preparation services are not included in the sod delivery price unless expressly quoted.
How should I prepare for delivery?
Confirm that the delivery location is accessible and that there is a suitable unloading area. Arrange for installation and watering in advance. Placement of pallets is subject to driver access and safety conditions.
